Product Description
  1. The body of a vibration isolator is made of cast iron (FCD45) which surface is processed by hot-dip galvanization to persist corrosion resistance. Therefore, this product has excellent ability against the aging of natural environment.
  2. Its anti-earthquake designed structure could prevent the lateral offset of equipment with four snubber screws/bolts around this body base, so it enhances safety.
  3. Seismic strength of this in the horizontal direction is 1 G and in the vertical direction is 0.5 G.
  4. After heat treatment and powder spraying/baking process, the spring life has been enlarged with a PP material cover.
  5. The base is added the rubber pad so that noise isolation and anti-slip.
  6. While the static deflection of spring is classified into 25 mm, 40 mm, and 50 mm individually, the design of lower natural frequencies would be recommended to obtain better anti-shock efficiency.
