Product Description

1.  The body of a vibration isolator is made of irons which surface is processed by extra hardness powder spraying/baking to persist in corrosion resistance. 

  1. This product has the excellent feature in structure compact and strength, and installation easiness.  In addition, there is an opened hole at the bottom of a frame structure where allows a hang rod with 30 degree swing.
  2. After heat treatment and powder spraying/baking process, the spring life has been enlarged.
  3. The base is added the rubber pad so that noise isolation and anti-slip.
  4. While the static deflection of spring is classified into 25 mm, 40 mm, and 50 mm individually, the design of lower natural frequencies would be recommended to obtain better anti-shock efficiency.
